Our Story

Yogi Kripa Medi Chem Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1996 with a single conviction: that Indian healthcare deserved world-class products backed by genuine expertise and reliable service.

What began as a focused medical distribution company has grown — over nearly three decades — into a diversified healthcare group spanning sterile packaging technology, intraoperative neuromonitoring services, medical compression, and beyond.

Our journey has taken us from hospital corridors and pharma plant floors to operation theatres and sports arenas. At every step, we have stayed committed to one principle: the products and services we bring to market must genuinely improve patient outcomes.

Today, Yogi Kripa Medi Chem Pvt. Ltd. is the parent company of a group that includes Sorgen (compression products), Steriprotek (sterile packaging manufacturing), and a growing IONM services division — each built on the same foundation of trust, quality, and domain knowledge.

With nearly three decades of experience in the Indian medical devices and healthcare industry, Manish brings deep expertise in distribution, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships. He has built and grown multiple business verticals across the YKMCPL group, establishing relationships with leading pharma manufacturers, hospitals, and surgical teams across India.

Anchal Gupta — Co-Director

Anchal leads Sorgen and the group's clinical and direct-to-consumer businesses. With a background in orthopaedic implant distribution, she brings a sharp commercial instinct and a clinician-centric approach to product development and go-to-market strategy. Under her leadership, Sorgen has grown into a recognised brand in the Indian marathon community and is rapidly expanding into hospital and surgical channels.
